Brittany, from The House that Lars Built, has creativity in her genes! From top to bottom, this wedding was thought out with very personal details.

Many of Paul and Brittany's friends couldn't be present at their reception, so they sent out 20 blank canvas banners to their friends and what they got in return were pieces of art that adorned the reception site.

I don't know about you, but I'm glad I wasn't a banner recipient. My banner would have stuck out like a sore thumb!

Brittany, her mom, and sister, tirelessly crafted enormous paper flowers for each table centerpiece. Please note the gorgeous burlap tablecloths that were also hand painted with individually unique details!

This ring was actually her mom's ring that was lost for 30 years and found the week before the couple got engaged. They found out later it was designed by a Danish designer, which has special significance because Paul is Danish.

  2. Beautiful pictures! I just flipped out because when scrolling through the photos I immediately recognized Kimi from the 1996 Katherine Heigl movie 'Wish Upon a Star'. I have it on DVD and love it. haha. How random to see her on a blog post about a wedding in Denmark!! :)
