Would you believe we captured these photos in a mad 15 minute dash?!?!

This little guy's mom drove up from the bay area, hit traffic (as is typical on a friday afternoon) and got to my house with only 15 minutes of shooting time before I had to be to another appointment.

I am so happy with the results.

But what made it easy peasy was this little champ!

He was so smiley and calm.

He is the addition to this cute family I have shot for a couple years now!

I don't believe this blog has ever seen these Christmas pictures.

T minus 4 weeks

There's nothing like taking pictures for a family with 4 kids under the age of 6 to speed up labor. I'm four weeks from delivery and I need all the "speeding up" I can get. Even if that means rolling around in grass to get the right shot.

These guys were a blast. Mom and dad rolled with the punches when within the first 3 minutes of their arrival, their youngest girl wet through her picture-perfect leggings. Who needs em, anyway?

With plenty of jelly bean bribery, I think we captured some pretty great moments!

Repeat Offenders

It's weird how repeat clients start to feel a bit like family. It is so fun for me to take someone's pictures year after year and see how their little families have grown up.

This family drove all the way to from Orange County to Sacramento just so I could take their pictures. Okay...well, that's not entirely true. They were just passing by on their way to Oregon, but nonetheless, I was thrilled to take their pictures again!

I get giddy every time I see them because I know they will be dressed to KILL! I love how this mom puts outfits together. Since my own family pictures caused me so much grief this year, I am thinking about hiring her out for next year!

We got lucky with the weather. The weather report told us that we had one hour of no rain in the morning. Literally, as I snapped the last couple shots we saw the drops come down. These kids were absolute troopers!
